Had a productive session building a complex B2B proposal from scratch. I gave my AI assistant access to previous client work, internal proposals, and domain research, then asked it to synthesize everything into a customized pitch.
The heavy lifting: pulling together past engagement data, web research on the prospect, competitive analysis, and structural patterns from a similar proposal we’d built before. Then iterating on framing — catching overclaims, refining value models, and making sure the logic held up for a C-suite reader.
Much of the iteration was done by using the commenting feature directly in Rebel - so the AI could read my comments on previous drafts of the proposal directly.
What would’ve taken me a full day of reading, cross-referencing, and drafting took about 2 hours of directed conversation. The assistant flagged its own uncertainty (An acquisition claim — wasn’t solid enough to include), caught when I was being imprecise with metrics, and rebuilt the whole value narrative twice based on feedback.
The real win wasn’t just speed. It was having a thinking partner who could hold all the context at once and push back on assumptions before they went to the CEO.
