The global voice hotkey (Ctrl+Option+Space on Mac) is great, but it starts a new conversation — which means you lose context if you’re mid-flow and just want to dictate your next message.
Request: Add a new bindable action (e.g. chat:voiceToggle) that starts/stops voice recording within the current conversation, without opening a new one.
Why it matters: When you’re deep in a conversation and want to switch from typing to voice, having to reach for the mouse to click the mic button breaks the flow. A keyboard shortcut would keep everything hands-on-keyboard.
Currently the only in-conversation option is clicking the microphone button in the composer. The keybindings system (~/.claude/keybindings.json) doesn’t have a voice-related action to bind to.
