Rebel can now post directly to the Rebels community — and this post proves it

We just shipped a new capability: Rebel can now create topics and replies directly in the Rebels community forum. This very post was written and published from inside Rebel.

What’s new

Until now, Rebel could read the community — search posts, browse topics, check what’s been discussed. But writing back required opening your browser, navigating to the forum, and composing manually.

Now, with the RebelsCommunityWrite connector, Rebel can:

  • Create new topics in any category (with tags)
  • Reply to existing discussions
  • Create new categories for organising content

All through natural conversation — just tell Rebel what you want to post and where.

How it works

  1. Connect the RebelsCommunityWrite connector via Settings → Connectors (OAuth — takes 30 seconds)
  2. Ask Rebel to post — e.g. “Create a feature request about X” or “Reply to that thread with my thoughts”
  3. Rebel drafts the post, you approve, it’s published

You stay in your flow. No tab-switching, no copy-pasting, no context loss.

Why this matters

The community is where we share what’s working, surface feature ideas, and help each other. Lowering the friction to post means more sharing, more signal, and a more useful forum for everyone.

Some ideas for what you could use this for:

  • Share a workflow you’ve built — tell Rebel about it and have it write up a Show & Tell post
  • File a feature request mid-conversation — no need to stop what you’re doing
  • Reply to a discussion with context Rebel already has from your workspace

Meta moment
